Crimson Desert is an open-world action-adventure game developed and published by Pearl Abyss. Set on the continent of Pywel, it follows mercenary leader Kliff as he sets out to reunite his scattered Greymane faction after a devastating ambush by the Black Bears. Players explore vast wilderness, cities, ancient ruins and the mysterious sky realm of the Abyss, fighting fast-paced battles with a deep, weapon-driven combat system. The game launched worldwide on March 19, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and macOS, and sold three million copies in its first week.
